Hi-Tech Sharpshooters is a competitive Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) program that will enrich and motivate youth to better themselves in the wonderful sport of archery. JOAD is devoted to the growth and education of young adults 8-20 years of age. No experience is needed to join. Just the Inspiration to Passionately step into the Amazing World of Archery.
