Hi-Tech Archery Online Return Policy

At Hi-Tech Archery, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please note that this return policy applies exclusively to online orders. For in-store purchases, our return policy may differ—details can be found on your physical receipt or posted within the store.

Online Return Policy:

For online orders, we accept returns within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the item. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within this timeframe. You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number to write on your package for item tracking. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted for return. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process your refund, excluding original shipping costs, or offer an exchange where applicable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Bows: We cannot accept returns on any bow purchases. Due to the specific nature of bow warranties that are issued once the item is sold, all bow sales are final.
  • Special Orders: Any items that have been specifically ordered at the customer’s request are non-returnable. This includes products that are not typically stocked in our inventory and are brought in exclusively for your purchase.
  • Cut / Component Installed Arrows: All sales of cut / component installed arrows are final, as they are customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements.

Please note that shipping costs, both original and return, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
